If you need to block your Ferratum Mastercard, you can now do so easily — either here on the Help Centre or directly in the app. Blocking your card immediately stops all purchases and withdrawals until you choose to unblock it.

To confirm, you’ll complete a secure OTP (One-Time Password) verification. Once verified, your card will be blocked instantly and cannot be used for any transactions. If you wish to unblock your card, you can do so directly in the app or by contacting our customer service team. 
 
To block or unblockyour card in the app: 
1. Open the App: Log in to your account. 
2. Select Your Credit Card: Tap the Mastercard Credit tile on the home screen. 
3. Go to Card Management: Tap the Manage tab. 
4. Block or unblock Your Card: Under Security and Limits, slide the toggle next to Block Card and confirm the action using your PIN or fingerprint.
