If your debit card is lost, stolen, or you’ve noticed suspicious activity, it’s crucial to block it as soon as possible. We offer multiple secure ways to help you take action quickly.

Click the Block My Debit Card button to begin the process.
To confirm, you’ll complete a secure OTP (One-Time Password) verification. Once verified, your card will be blocked instantly and cannot be used for any transactions. If you wish to unblock your card, you can do so directly in the app or by contacting our customer service team.
To block/unblock the card via the app please follow the below instructions depending on the type of card:

- Open the app.
- Tap the Cards button on the Current Account tile on the home screen.
- Select the virtual card you wish to block.
- Slide the toggle for Block/Unblock Card and confirm the action using your PIN or fingerprint.

- Open the app and navigate to the Card Details section.
- Select the card you wish to block/unblock and follow the prompts to complete the process.

Additional Options for Both Card Types:
- If you cannot access the app, you can complete a Card Block Request Form on our website. Our team will confirm via email as soon as possible.
- If you notice any fraudulent or suspicious activity, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Care Team immediately for assistance.
Important Note:
Blocking your card will not affect your ability to access the app or perform transactions within it.
