What is a PIN?
Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a 4-digit access code that acts as your password for logging into the Ferratum (previously SweepBank) app. For your security, never share your PIN with anyone. Please note that Customer Care will never ask for your PIN.
Forgot Your PIN?
If you have forgotten your PIN, don’t worry! Just follow these simple steps to reset it:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1.Open the Ferratum (previously SweepBank) app.
2.Tap Forgot PIN.
3.Enter your mobile number and tap Verify Me.
4.Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone.
5.Set a new PIN.
6.Confirm your new PIN.
7.Log in using your new PIN.
Important Note:
If you enter the 6-digit code incorrectly three times, your account may be locked. In this case, please visit our PIN Reset page for further assistance.
Changing Your App PIN
1. Open the app and go to Security & Devices from the ''More'' menu.
2. Select Change access PIN.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
