You can order a physical debit card directly through the app if you are a customer residing in Germany or Finland. The process is simple and requires just a few steps.

How to Order Your Physical Debit Card:

1.) Log in to the app.
2.) Tap on “Card” located beneath your Current Account.
3.) Swipe left until you see “Biodegradable Debit Card.”
4.) Tap the “Order Card” button.
5.) A one-time fee of €9.90 will be deducted from your Current Account balance.

 

Important: Please ensure your Current Account has sufficient funds to cover the card fee. If there are not enough funds, the order will not be processed.

Delivery Information:

Once ordered, your physical debit card will arrive by mail, typically within 10 business days.
